It comes with a tube of temporary hair color and brush similar to a mascara wand. I suggest taking a quarter of an inch thick piece of hair to streak because it will require more dye than you think. Also make sure your hair is thoroughly brushed out before hand and knot-free, otherwise the wand will be difficult to run through your hair.
I combed my hair out after it dried with my normal brush so it blended in with the rest of my hair.
I also want to show you guys two highlightling jobs I did. I'm not a pro, but dying and highlighting people's hair is something I enjoy on the side.

Here, we were going for an Olivia Wilde type ombre. Excuse the poor lighting, but the hair is not yellow at the ends on the right and left, it is beige like it is in the middle. |
